I am going to my first Al-Anon meeting tonight. Ironically, with H’s best friend who’s bf is an addict.
At the moment, I surrender.

reminds me of that old hymn we used to sing at church “I surrender all….” It does help to give up and let go and take care of yourself. I’m learning that slowly but surely.
